At least half of our new homes will be genuinely affordable to people on average and lower incomes, with the rest available for private rent or sale.

Homes for sale. We deliver new build homes for sale across the country. Buying options include Help to Buy, L&Q shared ownership and outright sale.

Home for rent. L&Q is one of the UK's largest landlords and delivers homes for private rent, intermediate market rent and London Living Rent, where rents are subsidised by L&Q to enable savings towards homeownership.

Homes for resale. L&Q offers pre-owned shared ownership homes, also known as resales. Resales available include traditional houses, flat conversions or apartments in new build developments.
