Broadway Living – the development division of Ealing Council - was established in 2014 to address the lack of high-quality affordable accommodation, including homes for sale, in Ealing. Pioneering in its approach to housing provision, all profits from Broadway Living’s developments of high quality, energy-efficient homes are used to help fund much-needed affordable housing and key services in the local community.

Broadway Living brings together specialist consultants across every aspect of housebuilding who work alongside their Ealing Council partners.

Copley W7 is Broadway Living’s flagship, mixed-tenure regeneration scheme in Hanwell. On completion, it will comprise 554 refurbished social rent homes and over 280 high-quality new homes delivered in different tenures, together with enhanced public areas and new amenities; providing not just new homes to address Ealing’s housing crisis but an improved visual aesthetic. 

Such has been the success of Copley W7, Ealing Council is investing £390m in Broadway Living to build 1,500 homes over the next six years.
